See y'all, now this is the sorta' spam I don't mind seeing on the board. No smartass responses about wiggas from me on this one. Thanx for the 411, fading.

Hello!

Have to admit, this was shameless plugging, BUT since I don?t get any money out of this or anything, I don?t think it?s spam...

I?ve been lurking on this board every now and then, and noticed that at least somebody here likes Conscience Pilate/ Leyton/ Ky Anto, and just thought that you?d like to know that ther?s free stuff for you here.

And also to let you know about Galore, which I guess many of you here would like.

It's cool. I'm a huge CP fan. Also enjoy Neil Leyton. Might have to check out that new band, also. Galore, eh?

Yes, Galore. Leyton played guitar and piano on their album, but has left since and Edward Pond (from CP) is their bassist.

Their style is, as I said, very 70?s influenced, and some songs reminds me a LOT about T Rex.

You can listen them at www.fadingwaysmusic.com, there?s some audio and video tracks from them.

Their website is at www.galoremusic.com

I?d really like to find that vinyl EP somewhere...where did you find that?

Yeah, Consicience Pilate is really excellent stuff. Sometimes hauntingly beatiful, those melodies are to die for.
"First" might just be greatest ballad...well, maybe not ever, but still.

Hey, I just received a big bunch of those samplers today. In vol 3 there?s song by Passion d`Flower, Leyton?s band pre- CP. And loads other stuff, of course.

<font size="4" face="Arial">The first CP cd is usually floating around ebay. Not hard to find. I prefer the two full length cds, personally. Movie Scene Street contains the entire EP of Living In a Movie Scene. Again, I prefer Sunday Refugees. Great stuff. Just recently acquired Neil's 2004 cd and am currently trying to get into it.

Ok, thanks for the info. I can?t say, really, which one is better.

So you?ve just got Beat-Ep by Leyton? There?s few great songs (well, Shake is ace!), and few that I haven?t really got into yet.

I guess his previous albums have been somehow easier...but it sure wasn?t easy to make that album, as you must know if you have that limited ed. 2cd- version with liner notes.

Now I?m already waiting for his next album, which is done already, they?re mixing it already.
